Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the NOW Connect website and app provided by NOW Connect. The full legal entity details will be added before public launch.

1. The service

NOW Connect is in active development. Features may be in testing, may change or may be unavailable. Features marked "coming soon", including NOW Earn, are not available.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the app.

3. Your account and behavior

• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• Respect other people. Harassment, threats, fraud, illegal content and impersonation are not allowed.
• Meet people in public places and use your own judgment. NOW does not verify every user.

4. NOW SOS

NOW SOS shows emergency numbers to help you call local services. It is not an emergency service, does not contact anyone automatically and does not guarantee a response. Calls depend on your phone network. In an emergency, call your local emergency number directly whenever you can.

5. NOW Earn

NOW Earn is a planned feature. No payouts are available, and nothing on the website or in the app is a promise of income.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep rights to the content you post and give us the permission needed to host and display it in the service. The NOW name, logo and app design belong to NOW Connect.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect damages or for the conduct of other users.
